There are many ways in which you can make a purchase, physical money being the traditional method. Now when it comes to making a purchase you are able to pay with a variety of different methods such as contactless, biometrics or even an app on your phone.

Most major banks in the UK offer contactless payment as an option, the idea of making a purchase without having to insert your card and enter your PIN number.

Biometrics is the idea of having a database of your staff who are able to pay for their products by a simple fingerprint scanner which then takes funds from their pre-paid account.
